Exclusive Features

1. Shell — state-of-the-art fiberglass materials for light weight and structural integrity. RTM technology provides color pigmentation throughout the shell.

2. Impact cap — Lexan®/ABS dome encapsulated with urethane foam for outstanding thermal resistance.

3. Suspension — patented Center of Gravity™ adjustment system lets you set the center of gravity to your liking and keeps it positioned in place.

4. Height adjusters — provide three different headband height positions.

5. Ratcheting headband — adjusts from size 5½ to 9½. Headband is cushioned with foam and covered with black knit DuPont™ Nomex® brand fiber for comfort and secure fit.

6. Eye protection — Choose from:
• High temperature 4" APEC faceshield with spring-loaded Safety-Set® brackets or thumbwheel adjustments
• ESS goggles

7. Edge binding — aluminum core edge binding is durable, but light.

8. Chinstrap — easy-to-adjust, quick-release chinstrap with postman’s slide.

9. Ear covers — Yellow Nomex®/flannel ear covers for added neck/ear protection. Other materials/colors available upon request as replacement parts.

10. 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material (1" x 4" lime-yellow bars) — has excellent heat resistance and maintains brightness and color after heat exposure.
